Lynch Mob Hypocrites: Behind the Wright Scandal

Who changed the rules?
The Democrats and media apologists have courted, embraced, cultivated, and promoted Wright's "incendiary" brand of victimization for years. Blacks can't be racist - they can only express outrage, venting their frustration over centuries of mistreatment at the hands of an insurmountable, ever-oppressive white America.
So I can understand how Obama would be shocked - outraged even - not so much at his preacher's latest outburst - but at how quickly the tide has turned.
Wright is right - this is an attack on the black church. And it's possibly the first documented attack on a black preacher since Jesse Jackson referred to NYC as "hymie town".
Maybe FOX could turn back the clock and run one of their trademark specials:
"When Special Interest Groups Collide!"
I've always viewed the Democratic Party as sort of an umbrella corporation - representing every group that feels "put upon" by "the man". And the GOP is always gracious enough to present them with a viable bogey man - a "bad white man" who would rescind all the freebies, enslaving us in a perpetual cycle of corporate serfdom.

And then a funny thing happened on the way to the convention. Rather than entrusting their grievances to another white man, they slipped up and pitted a woman against a black man.
WHAT!?! This doesn't work! This is just.... patently UNFAIR!

But when it comes to cannibalization, it appears the white woman finds herself in a far superior position to the black man. Or so it would appear, given her husband was the first to play the race card. Bill made the decision that gender could easily trump race when it came to courting the party's largest voting bloc - poor, ignorant white folks.

And this is EXTREMELY important. Had it been anyone other than a Clinton, Obama would have been safe. Wright would have remained off-limits, and Obama's post-racial appeal would have been secure. The controversy would have never cleared (or possibly even entered, depending on the unkown source of the videos) the blogosphere.

But it was a Clinton. And the Clintons play some serious hardball. And if that requires painting the post-racial black man as dark as midnight, well...

Out of nowhere, the media decided that blacks couldn't be angry anymore. And even if Obama wasn't angry, his pastor certainly made up for it in spades. And not only is the man his pastor, but a confidante as well. If you simplify the media's message, let me break it down for you:

"ALL BLACKS ARE THE SAME!"

Whoa! They did NOT go there. Oh yes they DID!

Have we heard anything about the Clinton's religious ties? McCain's? No? Has the media tied ANY other candidate so directly to another human being? Well then...

"ALL BLACKS ARE THE SAME!"

As Wright was happy enough to relate, they all secretly hate whitey - and Obama, being a politician and all, just can't be upfront with us about it.

So having been painted black into a corner, Obama is forced to disown his pastor - the same fellow who would have happily attended his inauguration, had he only been running for office against anyone other than Hillary Clinton.

And so she's completely vetted him, in a way that would have been impossible for anyone else - as a BLACK MAN.

Beneath the surface, as Bill put it, he's Jesse, Jr. Or, as the media has put it, Jeremiah, Jr. Those blacks - they're all the same.

And the media has shown itself as a collective to be much more racist and bigoted than the worst trailer park rednecks they've ever imagined.
For years, they've been feeding the black community more than enough rope -
And now that Obama has had the audacity to present himself as the nation's first viable black candidate...
They've taken all of that rope, fashioned a noose of unfathomable hypocrisy -
And hung him out to dry.

Ouch - that hurt. Deeply.
So am I bad enough to write for the Simpsons or Saturday Night Live - or do I need to keep practicing to get even worse?
Maybe I'm bad enough to write a movie...
